Pick-up & Delivery
Due to our widespread pick-up and delivery area, we ask that you call by the time listed below in order to receive same day pick-up. Call by Approx. p/u time Tacoma Area Labs 9:00 AM 9:00 to 2:00 Seattle Area Labs 9:00 AM 9:30 to 12:00 Gig Harbor/Pt. Orchard 10:00 AM 11:00 to 2:00 Shipping & Receiving Complimentary return shipping is provided for all cases received by mail. We ship next day delivery where available. By Mail: We provide 24 hour in house turn-around when cases are delivered to our lab by 2:00 PM. Example: A case arrives Monday at 11:00 AM, is milled and run through QC and mailed overnight to you on Tuesday afternoon for delivery on Wednesday. Pick-up/Delivery: Cases picked up on Monday are milled that day, finished and through QC on Tuesday and delivered on Wednesday morning. Cut-off Times: In order for us to accomplish our commitment to a 24 hour turn-around it is necessary to have a firm cut-off time for receiving cases. Cases must be received by 2:00 PM in order to be shipped the next day! Billing: Invoices are sent with each case. Statements are processed the last day of each month. Payments are due in full by the 15th of every month unless other arrangements are made. An interest charge of 1.5% is applied to all past due balances. Payments may be made by check Visa, MC or American Express. Warranty: All 3M Lava copings have a 15-year warranty. Essential copings have a 5-year warranty.
