CDA Milling Center provides daily pick-up and delivery service in our local delivery area.
Currently our delivery area is as follows:
is expanding. CDA Milling Center pays shipping costs one-way and provides pre-paid mailing labels for your convenience. All Lava™ copings, including bridges, are $89.00 per unit. All Lava™ frames have a five-year warranty on the copings and substructures if fabricated in an Authorized Lava™ Milling Center. There is no charge for remakes based on product failure or milling center error within the first year of seating. Our intention is to provide a 3-day turn around for cases that are picked up and delivered. Cases that are shipped to and from will be handled on an individual basis depending on location.
